Yes. Keep in mind that using it for cold drinks
immediately after a hot drink may affect its
cold holding ability, and vice versa. Do not
use straw lid with hot drinks.
Yes. We recommend lids on the top rack, and gaskets in the utensil's basket. Of course, you can always hand wash, but we know you're busy on the go.
Yes! You can engrave names, jersey numbers, additional logos, artwork and more to the items in your order by adding backside engraving here for a small fee.
You will work with your account rep to submit all the personalization information once you place your order.
Once you place your order and submit your artwork, our team will provide a digital mockup for you to confirm within 24-48 hours of how your design will look on your new custom with your business logo or design!
If available, please upload vector files such as: .ai, .eps, .svg, or vectorized pdfs. We can also accommodate other file types such as JPEG, PNG, etc. Our team will redraw the logo if it has a low resolution which may add to the time to complete your digital proof.
Our talented team of designers uses the artwork you provide to create a proof for your approval. Additional text can be added and colors can be modified in some files.
Yes we do have a minimal order of $250 Minimal Per Total Order for this special sale pricing.
No, we do not charge a setup fee for wholesale custom orders!
We are one of the only companies in the industry that does not charge a setup fee on any of our custom drinkware and custom apparel orders!
Yes! You can combine any variation of product colors and product styles together to achieve the minimal order of $250.
Yes! Pay for your purchase in 4-6 interest-free installments (due every two weeks). You’ll pay your first installment at the time of purchase, and the remainder over time.
Shipping costs will vary but are roughly $1 per item.

With Priority Processing, our team will ship your order out within 1-3 business days after approving your digital proof.
After you place your order we will send an onboarding email that you can reply with your custom logo or design file if you did not upload during the order process. You can also email your artwork to us at info@kodiak-coolers.com.
From there, our team will provide a digital proof within 24-48 hours for you to confirm your custom logo on the Custom to ensure you are 100% satisfied with how the logo will look.
Finally your items will go into production (1-2 weeks on average unless priority processing purchased or expedited request) and ship via UPS.
You will receive your custom Custom order roughly 1-4 days after they ship depending on your location in the USA!
