Kodiak's Step-by-Step Online Ordering Process
- Explore and Select: Search our extensive catalogue to find the perfect item. Once decided, click on "Add To Kodiak Cart".
- Customise: Our "Product Customisation Assistant" will pop up. Here, you can specify the quantity, color, and imprint color(s). You can also select additional imprint locations and methods, if available. Add any additional information or special requests in the specified box.
- Proceed to Checkout: Click on "Add to Kodiak Cart" again, and then opt to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- Review and Checkout: Upon clicking on "Checkout", you'll be directed to our secure checkout page. Review your order details, upload artwork if required (detailed information on accepted formats provided), and click "Continue".
- Fill Details: Here you can create a new Kodiak account or checkout as a guest. After filling in all necessary information, click on "Submit Kodiak Order".
- Approval and Final Steps: We will send a virtual proof of your imprint for approval. After confirmation, we’ll calculate accurate shipping costs and send a separate invoice. We strive to find the most cost-effective shipping methods and, when possible, ship from facilities nearest to your location to save on shipping costs.
