Our minimum order quantities are as follows:

Printed Designs - Absolutely no minimums
Embroidered Designs - Minimum of 6 pieces required
Patches - A minimum of 25 pieces necessary

Your Needs Come First

You might not need a high-volume order, and that's perfectly okay. Each item we provide comes with its own minimum quantity, which is the smallest number of items you can order for that specific product. This limit exists because every single product has its tailored packaging to ensure optimal protection during transit.

Imagine a box designed to safely carry 500 custom mugs. Fill it with more or fewer items, and you risk damaging them during transportation. It's all about balance, the perfect fit - like a ceramic jigsaw puzzle.

The Importance of Inventory Count

The inventory count also plays a role in determining minimum quantities. Counting the exact number of small, lightweight items can be a huge time consumer. Try imagining counting a package of 500 pens! Instead, we make use of weight to determine the quantity. If one pen weighs an ounce, your 500 pen delivery should weigh around 500 ounces, roughly 31 pounds. It's efficient and precise!
